Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for an eligible reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the product delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you please contact us a soon as possible at info@yuzubleu.com. In your details please provide the return reason and describe details according to the real situation. Please upload detailed pictures or videos to show the product problem.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that you as buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for a store credit or an exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refer to the return process described above.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
